개인정보처리방침

Acard(이하 "서비스")는 계정을 만들고 유지하는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화된 형태로만 저장), Google로 로그인할 때 Google이 제공하는 이름·이메일·프로필 사진, 로그인 기록과 서비스 이용 중 직접 작성한 내용.
1-1. 베타 대기 신청과 피드백
베타 대기 신청 때 받은 이메일과 선택 입력(쓰는 AI 도구, 쓰고 싶은 것, Discord 아이디, 유입 경로)은 순번 관리와 초대 안내에만 씁니다. 앱 오른쪽 아래 "피드백"으로 보낸 제보는 내용, 첨부한 스크린샷, 사용자가 끄지 않은 환경 정보(페이지 주소, 브라우저·OS, 화면 크기, 앱 버전, 시각)와 계정 이메일을 저장합니다. 페이지에 적힌 글은 보내지 않습니다. 제보는 이메일 없이 내부 번호로만 운영진의 비공개 작업 목록에 옮겨 고치고, 운영진에게만 내부 메신저로 알립니다. Discord에는 올리지 않습니다. 베타 운영 확인을 위해 가입, 첫 페이지 열기, 초대 코드 사용 같은 이용 이벤트를 외부 분석 도구 없이 계정별로 한 번씩만 기록합니다. 대기 신청 정보 삭제는 hello@acard.dev로 요청하면 7일 안에 지웁니다.
2. 이용 목적
회원 식별과 로그인, 계정 보안, 비밀번호 재설정 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 연락. 광고 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
3. 보관과 위탁
계정 정보는 Supabase(인증·데이터베이스)와 Cloudflare(호스팅)에 보관됩니다. 탈퇴하면 계정 정보는 지체 없이 삭제됩니다.
4. 이용자의 권리
언제든지 계정 화면에서 탈퇴할 수 있고, 정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Acard ("the Service") processes only the minimum information needed to create and keep your account.
1. Information we process
Email address, password (stored only in hashed form), the name, email and profile picture Google provides when you sign in with Google, sign-in records, and content you create in the Service.
1-1. Beta waitlist and feedback
The email and optional answers (AI tool, intended use, Discord handle, referral source) you give when joining the beta waitlist are used only to manage your place and send your invite. Feedback sent from the app is stored with your account email and sent to staff through an internal messenger; it is not posted to Discord. To check that the beta works we record a few usage events (sign-up, first page, invite redeemed) once per account, without third-party analytics. Email hello@acard.dev to delete your waitlist entry; we delete it within 7 days.
2. Purpose
Identifying you and signing you in, account security, and service messages such as password resets. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Storage and processors
Account data is stored with Supabase (authentication and database) and Cloudflare (hosting). When you delete your account, your account data is deleted without delay.
4. Your rights
You can delete your account at any time and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
